Siena: Located on west side of the Las Vegas valley, this 665 acre gated retirement community is in the master plan community of Summerlin (South). The community is completed and has a total of 2001 homes, many with great views.
Sun City Summerlin: Del Webb’s first Sun City development in the Las Vegas area. On the far west side of the Las Vegas valley in the much talked about master plan community of Summerlin. New construction has long been sold out. There are 4 state-of-the-art recreational facility, walking trails and parks, and three terrific golf courses are available to residents at reduced fees. Sun City Summerlin real estate set the standard for all the other Sun City Communities in the Las Vegas valley.
Lakeside Village: This is a small gated retirement community near Boca Park on the west side of Las Vegas. Close to neighborhood shopping and restaurants. Lakeside Village is a community of Townhomes/Villas homes.
Ardiente: This new 55 plus master plan community came on line in 2006. These new Centex homes are available for sale and there is standing inventory. Ardiente is being built in North Las Vegas.
Los Prados: This retirement community offers guard gated golf course neighborhood and is more moderately priced than most active adult neighborhoods in the Las Vegas valley. Located in the northwest side of town, Los Prados has both a family section and an age restricted neighborhood. The golf course is a public fun-to-play 18 hole executive course and many of the homes offer great views of it. Plus there are two pools, a recreation center and tennis courts.
Solera at Anthem: With Henderson’s Black Mountains as a back drop and overlooking the entire Las Vegas Valley, Del Webb’s master planned community of Anthem is one of the valley’s premier locations to live. Sun City Anthem: Poised high above the city of Henderson in the Anthem master plan community and has over 7,500 homes. Offering a 75,000 square foot state-of-the-art recreation center offering over 80 classes and clubs, a fitness program for any taste. Terra Bella is being constructed in right in the middle of the master plan age restricted community of Sun City Anthem in the city of Henderson. Being built by Westmark Homes it will not be associated with Sun City. Condominiums will range from 1428 to 2207 sq. ft. Many of these condos will have strip, mountain, and beautiful courtyard views.
Terra Bella will be a gated community featuring a central common area with resort style pool, spa, and waterfalls. Among the other amenities will be a clubhouse, aerobic-exercise pavilion, armadas, barbeque facilities, walking paths and benches.
Sun City MacDonald Ranch: Built in MacDonald Ranch at the base of the Black Mountains just south of I215 and Green Valley Ranch. Close to shopping and entertainment. With a beautiful 36,000 square foot all-inclusive community center with fitness equipment, card rooms, hobby rooms, tennis, volleyball, computer labs and more. The MacDonald Ranch area is pleased to see more shopping opportunities near the community.
Sun City Aliante: Along the far north end of the I-215 beltway you’ll find the new Aliante master planned community and Del Webb’s newest Las Vegas Sun City project. Sun City Aliante homes have 7 models to choose from and the golf course features a 6,900 yard 18 hole championship course. The community center plus pool, fitness center, computer center, tennis, crafts and all the other great Sun City amenities. Sun City Aliante real estate is one of the best values in the Las Vegas valley.
Promenade: This is a small gated retirement community near the Meadows Mall which is just to the west of the Las Vegas Strip and close to neighborhood shopping and restaurants. The Promenade community contains Condominiums, Townhomes and Single Family detached homes.
